master Cumming aid good work during the plague time but are not goin

since that on more than one occasion has given

deal of trouble. The Matron brought the Anah to me

on the

occasion mentioned by Dr. Lowson there were no witnesses-

but I warned Maramuster Cumming all he has been also worn-

ed for being under the influence or liquor. I have ordered

Dr. Lowson to secpent him from duty pending instructions.

I am of opinion that Warumaster Cuming must be repo vel

from his present appoinment.
